The amenities, like Mikimoto hand wash and jasmine tea, added a special touch to my stay, making it feel more luxurious.
There was a minor issue with the garbage not being emptied on the second day, which detracted from the overall cleanliness experience.

The hotel impressed me with its modern and clean ambiance. The Superior Double Room felt cozy and home-like, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The curtains were excellent, creating a dark atmosphere ideal for sleep. The bathroom layout was convenient, combining the bathtub and shower, ensuring an enjoyable bath without worries. The staff radiated warmth and assistance, making my stay delightful. However, the thermostat had a bright light that was somewhat distracting at night. Additionally, I faced slight discomfort due to street noise from the exhaust outlets below my 7th-floor room. It’s advisable to ask for a room with a better view. The laundry facilities were a nice touch. being able to check their status from the room was handy. If you're traveling light, be prepared for limited storage space in the room, which could feel cramped. Overall, the hotel is wonderful for its cleanliness and location but could improve on noise insulation and storage options.

Hand basin in the room doesn't add charm, and more hanging space would be appreciated for tidiness!!! Very frustrating checkout process with unhelpful staff!!!

This was a balanced option for a fleeting stay in Yokohama with fantastic value for money. The self-service laundry made my trip way easier, especially after a long day. Make sure to check the room selection for quieter spots if noise is a concern.

Recommend it for families
The staff were friendly. I found their laundry facility very convenient.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but reasonable enough for what you get.

The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the large bath was a nice surprise. I also loved the relaxation area with great tea choices and a calming ambiance. The bathroom could use a bit more space, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊
